Have used just ‘genric’nasal strips before and not that good! Used RIDE ones and lasted all day stuck brilliantly even with sweat! Open’s up your airways so good! Would deffinatly recomend for any mx rider! Even more for for £4.99 for 10!

I was hesitant to try pink grapefruit as historically I don't tend to like it but this is quite nice. No after taste, dissolves nicely even in icy water.
As you can see. Not much left. Keeps my hydrated at work.

Been waiting for a lemon flavour for so long! The new formula tastes great, weaker flavour - way more refreshing.
